You need for this cake no large kitchen equipment, no rare ingredients, no great baking experience and not much time, no oven and no baking pan. A microwave and microwaves suitable dishes, z. B. large milk coffee cup or Müslischälchen. If you do not have an electric whisk, take a fork.

- 1 egg
- 50 g of oil (sunflower or rapeseed)
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g of flour or ground almonds / hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 apple
- if necessary some butter for the form
preparation
- Beat the egg well with the fork, add the oil and stir well.
- Add sugar and salt, mix well.
- First mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon together well and then pour over the liquid (if you have a sieve, sieve it over it).
- Mix everything well. If the dough is too firm, then add a little more liquid (water, apple juice or milk), one tablespoon at a time. If the dough falls "hard from the spoon", it has the right consistency.
- Peel the apple, remove from the core and cut into small pieces and stir carefully into the dough.
- Streak microwaveable container with oil or butter. (Add about 1/2 teaspoon of butter to the dish, place in the microwave for 10 seconds and then spread with a piece of butter wrapping paper).
- Pour the dough into the mold and bake at full strength for 5 minutes. Attention, the dough is still on, so fill the form only 3/4. The amount of dough is sufficient for two cereal bowls of 350 ml total capacity. If you fill the dough in 4 normal coffee cups, you get muffins.
Tip for people who want to bake for allergy sufferers or people with intolerances: With ground almonds instead of flour, the cake is gluten-free. Without milk and butter, it is free of milk proteins and lactose-free.
