Semolina cake with apples without flour

Have today baked a very delicious semolina cake, can only recommend it. The semolina cake is quickly and easily prepared and all without flour.
ingredients
- 1 kg of apples
- 800 ml of milk
- 130 g of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 pck. Vanilla pudding
- 1 pck of Nockerlgrieß (I've taken that from Bernbacher for semolina dumplings)
- powdered sugar
preparation
- Peel the apples, then dice them and remove the core.
- Mix the sugar, the custard powder and the packet Nockerlgrieß together, now heat the milk and the sugar mixture with a whisk under the milk and simmer for about 5 minutes (always stir well) and stir the 5 eggs under the semolina mass.
- The whole thing comes in a greased Springform and is covered with the apple pieces and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
