Cheesecake - Turn around cake

This is the best cheesecake I know. Have often had to do it for my loved ones!
ingredients
For the ground:
- 150 g of flour
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g margarine
- 3 eggs
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 1 sachet of baking soda
- 2 cans drained tangerines
For the quark mass:
- 500 g quark
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of sugar
- 150 g of soft butter
- Juice of the lemon
- 1 custard powder vanilla
preparation
- Mix the ingredients for the soil with each other and stir smoothly for approx. 2 minutes.
- Put in a greased springform.
- Spread the mandarins on the dough.
- Then mix the ingredients for the toppings together and put them carefully on the dough and tangerines.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for 60 minutes. Chopstick tasting ... Every oven is different!
- Allow the cake to cool in the mold.
- Dust with powdered sugar or decorate with fondant decoration ... Or just enjoy it :)
- If you have time, you can watch the magic ... After about 10-15 minutes, the cake rotates and the bottom comes up ...
