The fastest cheesecake - without bottom

I just have to share this cheesecake recipe (quark cake) with you, even if there are already some recipes here. The cake tastes so delicious and is super fast and made easy!
ingredients
- 1 kg cottage cheese
- 125 g soft butter
- 160 - 180 g sugar (to taste)
- 4 tablespoons semolina
- 2 pck vanilla sugar
- 1 pck. Vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 pck of baking powder
preparation
- In a bowl, simply mix all ingredients well with a stirrer.
- Then place the mixture in a greased springform pan and bake at 180 degrees for 50 - 60 minutes. I turn off the oven after 50 minutes and then leave the cake for another 10 minutes.
- During baking, the cake is nice, then it is lower again, but that does not matter. He tastes sooo good! I like it best after a day and chilled, but that's a matter of taste.
I just have to bake the cake for the family all the time!
