apple clouds
I got a recipe from a friend that you just have to try out, go fast, taste great but unfortunately have a few calories.
300 g spoon biscuit
7 tablespoons of eggnog
500 g cream quark
250 g mascarpone
75 g of sugar
150 ml of cream
400 g applesauce
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
Lay out a casserole dish with spoon biscuit and drizzle with the eggnog. Smash the quark with mascarpone and sugar until smooth. Beat the cream until stiff and put it under the quark cream. Spread the cream evenly over the biscuits. Place applesauce over it and place in the fridge overnight.
Sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
