Dripping wet clothes in the shower

From time to time I wash clothes by hand. And if the weather is too bad to dry the laundry outside, I use a special construction in the shower:

I put a wooden pole at an angle from the entrance side to the right wall, and I hang up the blouse, shirt or skirt on a hanger. This allows the water to drip off without getting to the floor.

If the laundry then no longer dripping, it can dry on the laundry rack to the end.

Of course, this method only works if you have a shower cubicle whose walls do not reach the ceiling!

And certainly not in the open showers, which have no side walls, where there is just a drain in the floor.
