Quickly prepared plum cake


Preparation time: 20 min.
Cooking or baking time: 45 min.
Total preparation time: 1 hr. 5 min.

At the moment I am in the Backrausch. First of all, however, I would have had to prove the plum pie thicker. But now it does not matter, because it still tastes "saulecker" and it does not always have to look perfect.


  • 150 g of flour
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 abraded organic lemon
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 coated tsp baking powder
  • 1 kg plums


  1. Mix all ingredients and fill the dough into a 26-cup cake pan. Then the pitted plums nice and tight! put on the dough.
  2. Bake for about 45 minutes at 180 - 190 degrees top and bottom heat (possibly a little longer).
  3. If the plum cake has cooled, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture or powdered sugar.

However, the whipped cream must not be missing!
