Leftover rice with egg and ham

This recipe can be made with freshly cooked, but also somewhat older rice. Good thing: When everything is cooked, it can be freezing very well.

INGREDIENTS:
rice
4-5 eggs (depends on how much rice you have, this refers to a well-filled pan)
5 tablespoons milk
some herb butter
cooked ham (but it goes well with meat sausage)
and dried herbs

PREPARATION:
Heat some fat in a pan and fry the rice. Make a mass from the eggs, milk, herbs and some melted herb butter (like scrambled eggs). Tilt this mass together with the ham over the rice and let it falter.
FINISHED!

Tastes great with soy sauce, applesauce and fried onion!

Good Appetite!
