Fast apple muffins

Today I would like to give away a quick recipe for very tasty, loose apple muffins. For 12 pieces you need: 2 apples, 250 g wheat flour, 1 packet vanilla sugar, ½ teaspoon soda, ½ teaspoon lemon, some ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 egg, 150 g brown sugar (white sugar is also), 80 ml cooking oil , 250 ml buttermilk, powdered sugar. Here's how it works: First preheat the oven to 200 degrees (convection: 180 degrees). Then wash the apples, quarter them, cut out the core and cut the apple quarters into small cubes. For the dough, mix the flour with vanilla sugar and soda well, then add the remaining ingredients and mix everything until everything is well mixed. Now add the apples and pour the dough into the greased or paper cupped muffin tin. In the preheated oven they are then baked for about 20 to 25 minutes, until they are golden brown. After they have cooled slightly, remove from the mold and leave to cool on a wire rack. You can still sprinkle it with icing sugar or cover it with icing, but you do not have to, they are delicious enough!
