Losing weight with a trick

If you want to lose some weight, but do not want to completely change your diet or suffer from digestive problems, perhaps with my tip his bright joy.

When we are hungry, many tend to eat too hastily. The food is chewed insufficiently and the brain receives the signal: "I'm still hungry, I still do not have enough!"

Of course, this does not make you feel satisfied and you continue to eat, which gives us significantly more energy than we consume. The result is often obesity (with exceptions such as hyperthyroidism ...) and digestive problems.


However, if one gets used to good chewing, one starts digesting it in the mouth and helps to break down even the stomach and the intestine more easily the food and prevents feeling of fullness.

The good news is that we eat less because the satiety starts much earlier.

Apart from that, a good meal that you treat yourself in peace tastes much better. Our taste buds get time to enjoy everything.


It would also make sense, if one eats, to focus only on the food and incidentally not to surf the Internet or conduct disputes.

The stomach takes about 30 minutes to get the feeling: "I'm full!" Therefore, it is also very important to take your time eating and prefer to chew more often than too little.

The trick

Start by chewing each bite at least 40x to get a feel for the right consistency of the chow. So it means to count with every bite!


Once you have a certain feeling for it, you practice this method intuitively / automatically correctly, and you do not need to count anymore. At some point it will be natural for you to eat like this.

You will always meet people who envy you for enjoying your food like this. You'll see, many will notice! ;-)

At least that was the case with me. My colleagues either did not eat at lunch or they choked down the lunch in 10 minutes. I myself sat at my meal for at least 25 minutes.

Oh and time pressure when eating should you avoid if possible. Yes, I know, it's easy to say if you only have 30 minutes break, but at least when you're at home, you should really take time to enjoy.
