My September cake, fruit cake with different fruits

Time

This fruity cake is ready to bake in 20 minutes and takes about 1 hour in the oven at 200 degrees.

You prepare it in three operations

  1. Preparing fruit
  2. Knead dough
  3. Mix the cast together

ingredients

  • 4 peaches
  • 8 plums
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of seedless grapes

For the dough


  • 200 g of flour
  • 80 g of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • Some water

Yeah, right, no sugar, no eggs.

For the font

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 250 g quark lean stage
  • 100 g of whipped cream
  • Between soil and fruit comes a layer of 2 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 tbsp sugar - this tastes good and prevents juicy fruit from getting through

preparation

You can work with the food processor, but the hand is fine too.


  1. First you knead the dough, so flour with butter and a little water plus the pinch of salt, together. Make a ball and put it in foil, a few minutes in the freezer. That's not superstition, it's better to roll it out.
  2. The fruit is peeled, see my recipe peaches skin with the peeler. The plums are pitted. These three types of fruit are cut into bite-sized pieces, mixed with the small grapes.
  3. Mix together: Mix 3 eggs with cream, cottage cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. The baking pan is laid out with the paper, the oven preheated to 200 degrees for a few minutes.
  5. Now take the dough out of the cold, distribute it in the springform. At the edge you pull it up a cm, so that a kind of shell arises.

Now it is put together

  • The crumbs come on the dough
  • The fruit is distributed nicely on it
  • Carefully pour the casting over it

Off in the oven. After 45 minutes, I would put a piece of aluminum foil on the cake, so it durchgart and the surface is not too dark.

After 60 minutes please do the toothpick with the toothpick - pierce, if toothpick clean, the cake is ready. If there are crumbs, he has to continue cooking for a few minutes.

A dollop of whipped cream, refined with vanilla sugar, does not hurt - at least not the taste of the cake.
