ingredients

  • 250 g of butter or margarine
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • 1 baking powder
  • 500g flour
  • 1/8 l of milk
  • 1 glass of cherries
  • 1 packet of chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips (about 100 g)

  1. Stir butter, eggs and sugar until foamy, add flour (mix with baking powder) and milk.
  2. Carefully lift the drained cherries and the chocolate grated cheese under the dough.
  3. Pour into a greased (or lined with baking paper) springform pan and bake at about 180 - 200 degrees for about 1 hour.
