Chicken with rosemary potatoes
The recipe, chicken with rosemary potatoes, is quick to prepare, tastes delicious and requires little work. It takes 4 people:
ingredients
- 1 large casserole dish
- 4 chicken thighs
- Potatoes, peeled and cut in half according to size, quantity depending on hunger
- Cut 1 - 2 peppers into big pieces
- 2 - 3 onions, halved depending on size
- Olive oil, some chicken broth powder (can be omitted),
- Salt, pepper, curry, paprika
- Fresh rosemary
preparation
All ingredients come in the casserole dish. Some water, max. Add ¼ L to the dish, pour some olive oil over the thighs and the potatoes. Possibly. between the chicken broth, about 2 tsp. Season everything well. Put the fresh rosemary stalks on the potatoes. If you do not like it, you can simply take it away before you eat. I like to eat the needles.
Put everything for about 1 hour at 200 degrees in the oven - ready!
If you want it even summer, you can slice an untreated lemon and cook it with you. It tastes very good too.
