Snowballs of egg white as a dessert

If you still need a dessert that really does what, then that would be a tip:

Snowballs made of protein, for 4 persons:

4 - 6 (depending on the size) egg whites are beaten with 100 g sugar (depending on the amount of protein) to stiff snow and then with two tablespoons shaped into eggs in boiling (not boiling!) Water are given. After a very short time they are finished and can be taken out as snowballs.

This is done very well a fruit level of fruit. Puree either frozen fruit or fresh fruit and serve as fruit slices with the "snowballs." This is just a light dessert for the coming winter season.
