Sage against underarm perspiration

I also always had annoying underarm sweat. Have read about sage tea, if possible, drink 2 cups a day (preferably one each morning, and in the evening), also dab several times a day with sage tea the armpits (2-3 times a day) without drying.

I have been doing this for five days and am pleasantly surprised because I am no longer sweating under the armpits, although it is currently very hot. Often I wipe my face, neck and arms with it damp and dry it there again.

However, I must emphasize that the sage must be at least two years old, only then have the leaves the right force. Therefore, I suspect that often sage was taken that was one year old and therefore not effective enough.

I ask all teenagers: be careful with your body, try to use as little chemistry as possible, because reversing damage is very difficult. For drinking, I let tea just briefly, between 1-3 minutes, pour a cup full and leave to wash for about 15 minutes.
