Panna cotta

ingredients

For 7 coffee cups of normal size

  • 4 cups of 200 ml whipped cream
  • 200 ml milk 1.5%
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 2 vanilla pods
  • 8 sheets of white gelatin

preparation

  1. Put cream, milk, sugar, chopped vanilla pod and empty pods in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes at low temperature. Always stir well, so nothing starts.
  2. In the meantime, soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
  3. Allow the cream to cool for about 5 minutes and stir in the lightly expressed gelatine. Now fill the whole in cups or glasses.
  4. After about 5 hours in the fridge, the pannacotta can be toppled. I like to give a fruit sauce as a mirror underneath. For this I mashed a tin of small cut peaches or raspberries (also fruit salad tastes, yes, everyone can decide for themselves).

Except for the cooling time, it is a fast and successful dessert, with many calories, but delicious.
