ingredients
For 7 coffee cups of normal size
- 4 cups of 200 ml whipped cream
- 200 ml milk 1.5%
- 100 g of sugar
- 2 vanilla pods
- 8 sheets of white gelatin
preparation
- Put cream, milk, sugar, chopped vanilla pod and empty pods in a saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes at low temperature. Always stir well, so nothing starts.
- In the meantime, soak the gelatine leaves in cold water.
- Allow the cream to cool for about 5 minutes and stir in the lightly expressed gelatine. Now fill the whole in cups or glasses.
- After about 5 hours in the fridge, the pannacotta can be toppled. I like to give a fruit sauce as a mirror underneath. For this I mashed a tin of small cut peaches or raspberries (also fruit salad tastes, yes, everyone can decide for themselves).
Except for the cooling time, it is a fast and successful dessert, with many calories, but delicious.
