Pulses without tin cans
I try to avoid the possibility of cans (with legumes, for example), because of environmental protection and because I find the slime (gruesome) horrible and would like to do without preservatives.
So I buy uncooked legumes and always prepare the whole pack at once, preferably not to let it get too soft.
Pour the boiled legumes into a large freezer bag, flatten, quarter (fits better in freezer), freeze. Of the resulting 4 flat "boards" can be canceled as needed, the desired amount.
