Save electricity in the refrigerator by full packing

A question in the comments to my tip "Saving electricity in the fridge in winter" led me to nachzuschieben this tip, which works throughout the year:

The fridge should (even as a single, the few supplies need) always packed pretty. In addition, drinks in bottles or tetra packs are ideal: long-lasting and effective like cold packs!

Explanation: Every time you open it (as rare as possible and open it for a short time!), The cold air "falls" out of the empty refrigerator because it is heavier than the warm room air. (See hot air balloon principle: warm air rises.) After that, the fridge must cool down again every time the warm air that has flowed in (otherwise it would create a negative pressure!), So it runs more often and longer.

If you fill the void with a supply of drinks, the contents must be cooled down only once, and then saves the cold (despite opening) - until you consume the drinks ...

Cheers to the eco-correct economy!
