Cold for pimples and blemished skin
I have already spoken with my other tip of my problems with blemished skin (Schüssler salts against pimples and impure skin) and now I've found by chance something else that really works great against pimples.
Recently I had a small collision with a street lamp (yes, texting and walking is difficult.: D), to prevent me from getting a bump on my forehead, I subsequently put a cool pack on my forehead, on top of it 2 large pimples were.
I left the cooling pack on my forehead for about 15 minutes. Then I went to sleep and when I woke up in the morning, both pimples were almost completely gone!
Since then, I always take an ice cube and hold it briefly to a pimple and the next day he is almost gone.
