Old rolls like fresh from the bakery

If you still have rolls from the day before, but are totally dry, try this trick ...

Hold and spin your roll under running water for three seconds. Put it in the microwave for a minute and then bake at 100 degrees in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Tastes almost like fresh bought.

Taita: rolls that are not eaten immediately, come in a plastic bag. Since they are and remain soft. Bake before use on the toaster or larger quantities under the grill. Place in the cold oven on a grid with the bottom up and switch on the grill. Turn after 3 minutes and 'grill' another 2 minutes from the other side. Take out and wrap in a terry towel for 5 minutes so that the rolls do not dry out. They are really fresh again from the baker.
Moisten only if the rolls are already very dry. Then I briefly hold them under running water and then leave them for a few minutes, so that the moisture can move into the bun. Then just in the grill, as described above.
