Low Carb Strawberry Roll

Here is my first tip and I hope you like it just like me.
Low Carb Strawberry Roll:
ingredients
- 8 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of baking soda
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 2 shots of milk
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 g quark 40%
- 400 g cream cheese
preparation
- Separate eggs, beat egg white to snow
- Mix egg yolks with the baking powder, egg white powder and milk, fold in egg whites
- Bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees
- For the filling: Stir the quark and cream cheese, spread on the baked pancakes, sprinkle strawberries (or other fruit goes too)
- Roll flatbreads and you're done
