Low Carb Strawberry Roll

Low Carb Strawberry Roll:

ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 shots of milk
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 250 g quark 40%
  • 400 g cream cheese

preparation

  1. Separate eggs, beat egg white to snow
  2. Mix egg yolks with the baking powder, egg white powder and milk, fold in egg whites
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 170 degrees
  4. For the filling: Stir the quark and cream cheese, spread on the baked pancakes, sprinkle strawberries (or other fruit goes too)
  5. Roll flatbreads and you're done
