Roasted chicken liver

If you like liver, the following recipe is recommended. It is particularly suitable if you are in a hurry or tired in the evening after work and still wants to cook something.

ingredients

  • 500 g chicken liver
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 heaped el flour
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 350 ml of soup or water, if you like more sauce, more, but you must also increase the amount of flour. The sauce should not be too thick, but not too soupy.
  • salt and pepper

preparation

  1. Glaze the onion in hot oil and add the liver. Maybe share large pieces.
  2. Roast on all sides until no more raw spots are visible.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over it and fry briefly.
  4. Add vinegar, marjoram, salt and pepper and pour in the liquid.
  5. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the sauce becomes creamy. Stir now and then.

I serve parsley potato with it, but you can also rice or just Resche rolls enough.
