Chicken ragout fast

Recipe for 4 persons:

4 chicken breast fillets
1 thick onion
1/2 L of water
grained broth
100 ml of cream
1 tl curry
salt and pepper
Mondamin

Dice the chicken breast fillets and fry in a little fat, add chopped onion. Pour with water and add about 2 teaspoons of broth powder and leave to stew for about 10 minutes. Add cream and thicken with dissolved Mondamin (cornflour). Season with curry, salt and pepper.

If you like, you can also add a chopped banana. It tastes of rice or potatoes.
