Freezing in plastic bags

I do not use plastic bowls or Tupperware anymore for freezing. I just take the plastic bags with zip closure (there are also double zip closure for liquid).

As an example: Minced meat sauce, ragout, tomato sauce so mostly ready cooked I make portions in these zip sacks. Blow out all the air and shut it up.

Then I spread the contents totally flat in the bag. So these bags are between 3 and 5 mm thick and you can put them well on top of each other.

Since you have a lot of space in the freezer.
