Leftovers: spaghetti frittata

A frittata as a leftover meal is just as good with potatoes, pasta and rice. The ingredients for a frittata can be anything, just scour the fridge, what's left, the imagination knows no bounds.
In this frittata the following ingredients were present.

- 300 g spaghetti cut to a length of approx. 5 cm
- 1 paprika red seeded and cut into small cubes
- 200 g ham cubes
- 1 onion skinned and cut into small cubes
- 1 garlic clove skinned and cut into small cubes
- 5 eggs size L
- Salt, black pepper, sweet peppers and some chili powder to taste
preparation
- Fry the ham with the onions and garlic in neutral oil until the onions are glassy.
- Add the pepper cubes and fry for about 2 minutes.
- Then add the noodle and continue to fry until everything is thoroughly warmed up. Spice up the whole thing, to taste.
- Season the eggs in a bowl with the spices to taste and beat well.
- Reduce the temperature until medium heat.
- Pour the eggs over the pasta, shake the pan a little and fry on one side for about 5 minutes. Then put a lid on the pan, turn the pan with the lid and let the frittata slide back into the pan and fry it again for about 5 minutes, every now and then lift the frittata with a pallet and see if they have been there already is.
- Shake the pan again and again, so that the frittata does not hang.
To the frittata there was a salad with yoghurt sauce.
