Christmas tree - meaningful (re) disposal
This week is decked - it's time again and I think it's a pity every time around the tree, because z. For example, in Nordmann firs hardly any needles fall and most of the branches are still tight.
"Knut-out-the-window" would be too cruel to me; I'm just a bit too sentimental :-(
Therefore, I cut (inside) on newsprint or similar, which I spread out under the decorated tree, the best branches and use these as (additional?) Winter frost protection for the plants outside, which have come a little too short.
Winter is not over yet - who knows what ice and snow are waiting for us!
Slimmed down so you can easily maneuver the sad rest outside, also can be better cut to 1 m (still regulation in many communities).
Many people do not like fir green more than decoration after Christmas, but without other jewelery it's ok for me, finally Coniferen & Co, who are freezing outside, do not wear a new "dress" after the party :-)
