Rhubarb and advocaat cake

I was repeatedly written in my baking paper tip, also in PN that I would like to set the recipe for the rhubarb eggnog cake pictured here. Now it should be like that!

The recipe is for a 26 springform.

ingredients

  • Cut about 500 g rhubarb into 1-2 cm pieces and mix with 1 tbsp sugar

and for the dough:

  • 100 g of butter
  • 150 g of sugar
  • 1 p. Vanilla sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml eggnog
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 280 g of flour
  • 2 heaped teaspoon baking powder

preparation

  1. Beat the butter, sugar and egg until frothy.
  2. Add vanilla sugar, eggnog and milk, stir well.
  3. Then add flour and baking powder and mix well again.
  4. Put the dough into the greased dish, spread the rhubarb pieces on top and bake at 170 ° C for about 50 minutes.
  5. After baking, dust with powdered sugar.
