Rhubarb and advocaat cake
I was repeatedly written in my baking paper tip, also in PN that I would like to set the recipe for the rhubarb eggnog cake pictured here. Now it should be like that!
The recipe is for a 26 springform.
ingredients
- Cut about 500 g rhubarb into 1-2 cm pieces and mix with 1 tbsp sugar
and for the dough:
- 100 g of butter
- 150 g of sugar
- 1 p. Vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 ml eggnog
- 100 ml of milk
- 280 g of flour
- 2 heaped teaspoon baking powder
preparation
- Beat the butter, sugar and egg until frothy.
- Add vanilla sugar, eggnog and milk, stir well.
- Then add flour and baking powder and mix well again.
- Put the dough into the greased dish, spread the rhubarb pieces on top and bake at 170 ° C for about 50 minutes.
- After baking, dust with powdered sugar.
