CD scratched? No Problemo - Car polish!
Did any of you scratch your favorite CD again, or was it probably yourself and just can not remember? No problem - you just take the cheap discounters car polish, which you sometime bought for your faded-red student cart, but have never used out of bosomy (not that I fared that way ...) and polish it, with a soft towel or Polishing Cotton, the bottom of your CD.
Sounds stupid, but works great!
The smaller and most of the rough scratches disappear after 1-2 polishing cycles. It only helps to buy new ones against the very deep scratches.
Maybe it would then be advisable to make a backup before the CD is scratched again ...
