Soothing pumpkin face mask

Pumpkin not only tastes good, but also contains many nutrients and vitamins that are good for the skin. The fruit acid of the pumpkin cleanses and cares for dry or oily skin. That's why today I'd like to show you a simple pumpkin face mask that pampers your face and for which you only need a few ingredients.

You need

  • a small piece of pumpkin (1 tbsp)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt
  • Honey or vinegar
  • optional: sugar

That's how it's done

  1. Puree about 1 tablespoon of pumpkin. Add a raw egg and the yoghurt and stir well.
  2. If you have dry skin, you can now add a teaspoon of honey. Those who are more prone to greasy skin, add a teaspoon of vinegar instead. Mix everything to a creamy mass.
  3. Apply the mask to the cleansed face and leave for about 15 minutes.
  4. Rinse with water and do not get enough of the soft, tender skin! ;)

Tip: With sugar, the mask can be converted into a scrub, simply add 1 tbsp sugar to the mixture.
