Quick spaghetti with cream cheese spinach sauce
Fast and delicious for 2 persons. Preparation time about 10 minutes.
Cook spaghetti with salt as usual. At the same time prepare the sauce:
Peel 1 onion, dice, fry in a little oil. Then add 1 small packet of creamed spinach (about 200 gr) and thaw (stir, otherwise it will burn!), Then 1 cup herb cream cheese (Miree, Aldi) Philadelphia, Almette, no matter!) And stir in two teaspoons of brewing powder. Possibly add some water. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Strain spaghetti, sauce and possibly grated cheese over it! Finished!
