Green tagliatelle with Mediterranean sauce

You need:
tagliatelle
onion
garlic
oil
sugar
tomato paste
Balsamic vinegar
tomatoes
paprika
zucchini
stock cube
pepper
oregano

Cook tagliatelle in salted water as directed. Finely chop 1/2 onion and fry with 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and caramelize. Finely chopped garlic and 1 tbsp
Tomato paste from the tube.

Then deglaze with 1 tbsp balsamic and mix with 2-3 chopped tomatoes. Add chopped peppers and zucchini and season with soup cubes, pepper and oregano. For refinement, I add 1-2 tablespoons of cream. Finished.

This tastes super well fried chicken cube or breast.
