Potato Leek Kassler salmon casserole

A fast tasty dish that is not that powerful and is prepared very quickly:

ingredients

  • boiled potatoes (boiled potatoes, remnants of boiled potatoes)
  • leek
  • 1 pack smoked salmon meat (smoked)
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese, processed cheese or brunch
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 2 eggs
  • some Milk
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 slices of cheese for topping or grated cheese

preparation

  1. Sauté the leek in the pan with maybe a little fat for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add herb cream cheese or processed cheese and let melt.
  3. Dice ready to eat Kassler salmon and add to the leek.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the sliced ​​potatoes so that the bottom is covered.
  5. Beat 2 eggs with a little milk (condensed milk).
  6. Stir in milk, breadcrumbs and parmesan, season, pepper and salt.
  7. Distribute the egg mass over the potatoes and also distribute the pan contents on top.
  8. Cover with three slices of cheese (or depending on the size of the mold) and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown.

The dish is inexpensive, also good to prepare and tastes good.
