Bake cakes in series - once dough - bake three times
If you like fresh cakes, but do not like to flush, you can use the following tips.
Prepare a simple batter in a very large bowl - but three times as much.
Fill 1/3 of the dough into a springform pan, then refine with a handful of raisins. Toss raisins into flour before they get into the dough, then do not sink to the bottom.
Bake 1/3 of the dough immediately, for example, spread on a baking sheet and sprinkle with lemon icing. Cut into pieces and freeze. Or care with crumble and sprinkle with cherry jam.
Stir 1/3 with chocolate flakes and put in the fridge for 2-3 days, of course, well sealed in a plastic bowl. Only then bake.
So you have only once the big work, but can always enjoy fresh cakes.
