Melt chocolate: pour chocolate over with hot water

To make chocolate for e.g. to melt a dessert, place the plate in a flat container (pan or similar) and pour over boiling water. Leave for a while and NEVER stir! Before use, carefully drain off the water and I'll have nice, melted chocolate.

A quick recipe: whip 1 cup of cream, add a little sugar / vanilla sugar, beat 3 eggs with 3 teaspoons of sugar until frothy and then put them under the cream, then carefully mix the melted chocolate with the cream. At the end, put in a small tin of dripped mandarins. Put in a refrigerator for a good hour or longer before serving. DELICIOUS!
