Strawberry liqueur - fast and easy

Since there are strawberries galore and therefore cheap, it is always the time for me to make my mega delicious strawberry liqueur. Here is the simple and quick recipe:
ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 200 ml strawberry syrup (available at REWE, Edeka etc.)
- 500 g strawberry yoghurt
- 1 pck of vanillin sugar
preparation
- Puree everything together
- Add 400 ml of double grain (38%) (also priced by Aldi, Lidl or similar)
Chilled about 2 weeks.
Since there is currently a barbecue season and you are often invited to have a barbecue, I always bring this liqueur instead of a bunch of flowers.
The liqueur is always the absolute "Burner" and then empty at the end of the barbecue - which one of the parties can not necessarily say!
