Sloe liqueur
Collecting sloe - that's the best time of the year - because they have at least gotten frost.
Collect the sloe, wash it, put it in a glass bottle until it is three fingers wide under the edge, add teapots (the brown one is good) to the top. Now sprinkle everything with grain until nothing fits in anymore.
Stop the sloe liqueur until all the candy has dissolved (takes a few days). Between always like to swing something, so that everything is well distributed.
If you like, you can drink it like this or give it something over ice or fruit. Should it be too cloudy, you can filter it off before the first use.
