Homemade bread becomes "fluffier"
This tip helps to make homemade bread not too hard, but nice "fluffy".
Always wanted to bake my own bread. Unfortunately, several attempts have gone "in the pants". So bought a bread maker. Although I had kept exactly to the recipes, the result was "hard bone"!
Normally the recipes say that you should take water. Then I got a tip, with white bread you should replace half of the liquid with milk, and take buttermilk at farmhouse bread. I have tried it, and behold, the breads are wonderful!
