Remaining utilization: fish stick burger

Fish leftovers in the summer heat: fish burgers on the fast way. Yesterday there were fish fingers, which I fried outside on the terrace, so that the apartment is not additionally heated up.

On the following day leftover fish fingers did not taste really good anymore and to save my cooking today, there was Fischburger.

Since the breakfast also rolls were left, was quickly a good tasting light food on the table, which certainly well with children arrives.

  1. The buns are toasted or, as I have done, toasted together with the fish fingers on the panini / contact grill of both crispy sides. If microwaves are heated in the microwave, cover the container and heat it to a low wattage to prevent it from drying out and becoming hard.
  2. Brush both buns with remoulade.
  3. Cover the lower half with plenty of salad, slices of tomato and cucumber, as well as three or four fish fingers and a little more tomato, place the other half of the bread, bite and enjoy.

The Fischburger is very easy and fast prepared and yet a satisfying residual utilization.
