Puff pastry snails with sour cream and bacon

Here at FM, there are already some delicious puff pastry recipes with a variety of fillings. The taste cold and warm very tasty. I would also like to share with you my version of Schmand and Bacon.

ingredients

  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 pck of diced bacon
  • 100 to 150 grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of garden herbs from Iglo

preparation

  1. Roll out the dough, spread the sour cream, spread the bacon on the sour cream and sprinkle on the herbs and then the cheese.
  2. Then roll the dough into a roll and cut into about 10 pieces.
  3. Place the slices on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of browning.
