ingredients
- 200 g flour type 00 or normal 405
- 60 g cocoa (about 3 tablespoons)
- 180 g sugar (who likes it sweeter takes 200 g)
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of oil
- 200 - 230 ml of milk
- 1 pck of baking soda
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract or 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Powdered sugar for dusting
preparation
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with a fork.
- Add oil, milk and vanilla extract or vanilla sugar. Stir everything with the whisk.
- Add flour, sugar, cocoa and baking powder and beat to a homogeneous dough. You really do not need a mixer!
- Put the dough in a greased and floured 24 cm springform pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- Make a stick sample!
