Keep onions
Problems with the germination of onions? Often you do not need them that often, because a net is often too much.
Just peel all the onions. If it burns too much, put on a mask or a cheap eye protection from the hardware store ;-) And then with the onions in an airtight tin and off in the fridge. Now and then check whether condensation or mold has formed.
Otherwise as the ultimate tip:
Invite friends and make onion cake, plus a large bottle of red wine.
