Quick potatoes

Perfect for a barbecue.

Take fresh potatoes and wash them. Then cut them lengthwise and lay them with the cut side down on a greased with baking sheet. (just enough oil to cover the tin). Then brush the potatoes with oil as well. Now you do everything over dried herbs over, which is so over the way (basil, oregano, herbs de Provance, Knobi etc.). I like to put a few fresh onion cubes between the potatoes. Now you put the whole thing in the oven at 180 degrees (best preheated, but also goes - just takes a little longer). After about 1/2 hour the potatoes are cooked, depending on the size and thickness of the potatoes. Now add some curd cheese or butter and put it into the feeding hatch.
