juicy coconut macaroons
In the Advent season is always baked a lot. My absolute favorites are coconut macaroons! Very simple recipe & taste heavenly.
Ingredients for about 30 pieces
- 4 egg whites
- 350 g of sugar
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 400 g of coconut flakes
- Backoblaten
preparation
- Beat the egg whites & slowly pour in the sugar. Continue mixing for about 1 minute at the highest level. Add grated coconut and vanilla sugar and stir briefly.
- Now with the hands small hats (about EL large) put on the baking wafers.
- Approximately Bake for 12 minutes at 170 degrees. When they come out of the oven they are still a bit soft. You can still coat them with couverture.
