Muh-muh-cream liqueur

Here is my quick recipe, for a delicious liqueur, which only arose because I had bought too many toffees for my cake.

ingredients

  • 200 ml of cream
  • 200 g Muh-Muhs (cream toffees)
  • 350 ml or more of white liquor (like clearer, etc.)

preparation

  1. Heat the cream in a saucepan over moderate heat and dissolve the toffees in it.
  2. Keep stirring. The cream is not allowed to cook.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat and pour the toffee cream into a bowl and let cool. Who wants it fast, can put the bowl in a cold water bath.
  4. After cooling, stir in the alcohol with a whisk and add the liqueur to a clean bottle and cool well.

It's a really delicious liqueur that will be gone as soon as it's made.
