Fried kohlrabi (very cheap dish)

If I have bought a kohlrabi again and still do not know what to do with it, then I make myself a delicious snack.

- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs with a little salt
- Fat for the pan

- First I peel the kohlrabi and cut it into thin slices (about 1 cm). Then I cook the kohlrabi in a pot a bit soft so that it does not take forever to roast.
- During the time the kohlrabi is cooking, I open an egg in a plate and prepare a second with breadcrumbs.
- If the kohlrabi is soft, I put it in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. You can add some salt to the breadcrumbs so that it tastes spicier.
- Then you just put the kohlrabi slices in the pan and fry it nicely.
So I do not need any supplements. I like it too.
