Stuffed tomatoes with minced meat

Ingredients for stuffed tomatoes:

  • 6 big tomatoes
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 ml cream
  • parsley
  • Salt, pepper, paprika
  • Approximately 150 ml bouillon

preparation

  1. Wash the tomatoes, cut away the lid and hollow out.
  2. Set the pulp on its side.
  3. Put the tomatoes in a fat gratin dish, set aside.
  4. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil.
  5. Add the minced meat, season and sear.
  6. Cut the well-washed mushrooms into slices and add.
  7. Chop the pulp and add.
  8. Leave to quench for about 10 minutes.
  9. Mix the finely chopped parsley at the very end.
  10. Season to taste.
  11. Pour the cream over it and stir gently.
  12. Now use a spoon to add some of the minced meat to the tomatoes.
  13. Cover on top.
  14. If there is anything left, you can easily spread it over the tomatoes.
  15. Finally pour the bouillon over it.
  16. Cook in a preheated oven, 200 °, for about 30 minutes.

For this rice is excellent.
