Stuffed tomatoes with minced meat
Ingredients for stuffed tomatoes:
- 6 big tomatoes
- 300 g minced beef
- 100 g mushrooms
- 1 big onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 ml cream
- parsley
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Approximately 150 ml bouillon
preparation
- Wash the tomatoes, cut away the lid and hollow out.
- Set the pulp on its side.
- Put the tomatoes in a fat gratin dish, set aside.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in olive oil.
- Add the minced meat, season and sear.
- Cut the well-washed mushrooms into slices and add.
- Chop the pulp and add.
- Leave to quench for about 10 minutes.
- Mix the finely chopped parsley at the very end.
- Season to taste.
- Pour the cream over it and stir gently.
- Now use a spoon to add some of the minced meat to the tomatoes.
- Cover on top.
- If there is anything left, you can easily spread it over the tomatoes.
- Finally pour the bouillon over it.
- Cook in a preheated oven, 200 °, for about 30 minutes.
For this rice is excellent.
