Delicious vegetable pan with beans

Today I saw fresh green beans in the market. From this I make a delicious vegetable pan with beans, really crisp and delicious. And you get full too!

This is ensured by plenty of olive oil and a little butter for braising the garlic.

One needs for two persons:

500 g fresh green beans
300 g mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic
Juice of half a lemon
1 onion
1 chili pepper, red
100 g almond flakes
salt and pepper

That is how it goes:

Cut off the flower from the beans, wash briefly and dampen briefly in 10 minutes. Drain and pour into a saucepan.

Peel the garlic cloves and onion, cut into small pieces and fry in a pan with olive oil and a little butter. Then cut the chopped, chopped chili and the trimmed (cut off the stalk) but unwashed mushrooms and add. Add the juice of half a lemon and cook until the mushroom water has evaporated.

Mix the Knofi mushrooms to the beans, mix well and season with salt and pepper. In a pan with a little olive oil fry the almonds briefly light brown - go quickly, so stop! Spread the brown almond slices on the beans.

It tastes very good toasted bread with tomato butter:

For the tomato butter you need 2 tomatoes, skinned in boiling water, gutted and crushed with 50 g butter and half a tsp salt and a little pepper with a stir bar. This is a very delicious spread!
