Broccoli in chilli vinegar
Preparation of broccoli in chilli vinegar:
Cut off the thick stems of the broccoli as long as possible and peel off the woody part. Cut the stems into 5 mm thick strips.
Strips in a glass with chilli peppers and dill stalks in a vinegar sauce as from cucumber recipes, to personal taste a few days insert. NOT COOK.
TIP: Chiligurkenwasser (there are excellent at the discounters) left in the glass. When the cucumbers are eaten, insert the broccoli strips described above for a few days .... deliciously ...
