Use space between kitchen cupboard and ceiling
The space between the kitchen cupboard and the blanket is too good to leave it alone.
This is a wonderful storage space for all sorts of things that you do not need daily.
The biscuit tins for the Christmas bakery e.g. or the Tortenhauben that you only need if the club asks for cake donations. The cookie cutter ... but what am I writing - in every kitchen you will find so rarely used things that take place in the cupboards.
Now it's not just a visual highlight, when everything is stacked up there - yes, why do not you make a fool of it?
I dangled a strip on the ceiling, pasted the rough side of a Velcro strip, sewed a valance made of the curtain fabric, which I put on.
The flounces are only as wide as the curtain fabric, not sewn together so that you can open only a part if necessary.
For washing the valance is simply removed and then angeklettet again.
