ingredients
- 8 old / dry rolls
- 1/4 liter of milk
- sugar
- 2 eggs
preparation
Soak the 8 rolls in 1/4 liter of milk, approx. 1/2 hour
Mix eggs and 200g sugar and 100g butter with blender or hand mixer. Mix this under the rolls.
Place in a casserole dish and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 20 minutes in top / bottom heat.
The whole thing can be refined with apples as desired. The remaining ingredients do not need to be changed. You can still add butter flakes.
